Employment Application

All applicants will be required to fill out and submit an employment application on the day of their interview. Applicants are welcome to complete and submit an application to Human Resources at any time, but it is not required until the day of the interview. You may pick up an application in person at our Main Office, or you may:

Requirements for Employment

Before starting the job, all candidates will be required to clear the following requirements:

  1. Current T. B. Test
  2. General Physical
  3. A Criminal Record (fingerprints) clearance
  4. Must have a valid California Drivers License (if applicable)
  5. Must have your own Transportation and a clean DMV record (if applicable)
  6. Must have valid/Current Automobile Insurance (if applicable)
  7. Must have Current CPR and First Aid Certificates for Teachers, Teacher Assistants, and Child Care Workers.
