The Children’s Collective, Inc. is headed by Jackie Kimbrough, Ph.D., Executive Director. Dr. Kimbrough founded the company while a young graduate student at UCLA.

TCCI’s 140 staff members are diverse, reflecting the community it serves.  The program staff reflects inter-disciplinary backgrounds and experiences, providing clients with services of early childhood educators, family advocates, resource  therapists, psychologists, case managers, job developers, sports coaches, health care providers and youth development pecialists
