The Ready, Set, Grow program provides behavior interventions to promote healthy social and emotional development for children under age 5.  The program conducts developmental assessments to identify moderate developmental delays or behavior problems.   It then provides appropriate intervention including

• play therapy and socialization groups for the children;
• case managed resources and referrals for parents; and
• strategies for behavior management for the teachers.

Ready Set Grow is located at Hoover St Child Development Center where it collaborates with an on-site health clinic.
