HOW TO ENROLL:

Go to The Children's Collective, Inc. location to which you would like to enroll your child. You will need to schedule an appointment to fill out enrollment paperwork with the Lead Teacher or Secretary at that site.

There will be different eligibility requirements for each of our childcare sites depending on the age group of the children and the funding source of the childcare. Generally, our childcare programs from 0-5 years require that the parents be either working or attending school. Please check with the Lead Teacher or Secretary at the site you wish your child to attend to find out more information about the eligibility requirements at that site.

ENROLLMENT SELECTION:

When selecting from a waiting list, we enroll the child who has the greatest need. Children who are in protective services, who come from families of the lowest income, or who have other special needs are given priority in the selection decision.

WHAT TO BRING TO ENROLLMENT:

You will need to bring the following items to your enrollment appointment:

*Your child's birth certificate
*Your child's immunization papers (Specifically, proof that your child has had their TB shot.)
*Proof of residency (This can be anything that shows your printed address, such as a California Drivers License, California State ID, or a utility bill in your name.)
