CHILD DEVELOPMENT

 

Teachers

Must have Teacher’s Permit and 2 yrs classroom experience; BA Degree or currently enrolled and near completion.

Teachers Asst

Must have 6 ECE units and 1 yr classroom exp.

Site Supervisor

Must have Site Supervisor’s Permit and 3 yrs classroom experience; BA Degree or currently enrolled and near completion.

 

Case managers/ resource referral specialist

Researches and refers outreach services for Child Dev Program families; BA Social Work/Psych or related degree.  2 yrs resource and referral  case management experience.

 

Eligibility worker

Case intake; verifies family eligibility for program requirements & regulations; Data entry and file maintenance; 2 years Child Dev eligibility intake exp.

 

 

ADMINISTRATION

 

Development & Communications Manager

Researches funding resources, goods and services.  Manages marketing and communications relations;  5yr history of funds development exp,  BA Degree in Business Administration or related field, and 3 years of Non-Profit exp.

 

Facilities Supervisor

Office and Contract administration experience a must; supervises contractors for maintenance of facilities; AA Degree required in related field or equiv training from accredited trade school, or 4 years experience performing related duties.

 

Human Resources Assistant

Assists in general Human Resources procedures (recruitment, job analysis, classification studies, verifications,  trainings &  orientations), files, prepares documentation and reports; Multi-tasks well in fast paced environment.   AA Degree in Business Administration or related field, 2 years experience performing human resources, administrative and/or para-professional work.

 

 

COMMUNITY PROGRAMS

 

Education and Health Facilitator (RWLC)

Develops, coordinates and implements curriculum and service programs for youth, adult and senior adult activities. This position is 40 hours per week including some Saturdays; BA Degree in Education, Recreational Therapy, Human Services, Child Development, Social Work or related field and 2 years exp developing community and educational programs and curriculum, or 2 years teaching experience and successful completion of CBEST examination. Computer literate.

 

Family Advocate (FDN/CAP)

Works with families, clients and individuals to locate and refer community resources;  Acts as an advocate for on-going and follow through support to clients; Mentors and educates to promote family stabilization and self-sufficiency; BA Degree in any social sciences discipline and 2 years+ experience working with low income minority and inner city at-risk populations. Bilingual English/Spanish written and spoken skills preferred. Computer literate.

 

Clinical Supervisor (FDN)

Supervises all psychological services provided to children and families, including clinical supervision, supervision of interns, and documentation;  Ph.D. or  MFT in counseling or Clinical Psychology; Licensure in the appropriate field; 2 years+ exp working with low income, minority and inner city populations and  3yrs+  clinical staff supervision exp.

Computer literate.

 

Community Health Outreach Worker (BIH)

Conducts outreach and recruitment of clients; provides prenatal health information and education; Locates community health resources, refers and empowers mothers to attain safe/thriving health status; A.A. Degree in social sciences or related field, 2 years+ exp working with low income, inner city, at risk African American women with infants. Computer literate.
