THE CHILD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS of The Children's Collective, Inc. include general child care for infants and toddlers, general child care and State pre-school programs for children 3-5 years old, and after-school programs for children 5-13.

THE RITA D. WALTERS LEARNING COMPLEX is a unique partnership between The Children's Collective, Inc. and other agencies to offer a complete range of educational and family support to children, youth, and families in South Los Angeles.
