The Children's Collective, Inc. operates a Community Center at the Rita D. Walters Learning Complex. The mission of the Community Center is to develop and maintain strong, self-sufficient families and safe, viable neighborhoods. Services of the Community Center are open to all community residents and are available Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:00 with extended evening and weekend hours as programs require.
