TCCI’s Department of Institutional Advancement (DIA)  is dedicated to advancing our mission through strategic fundraising, impactful storytelling, and meaningful partnerships.  This division enhances our ability to serve the children and families of South Los Angeles by securing vital resources, amplifying our message, and strengthening community engagement.

The DIA’s foundation is built on two key areas: development and communications. Through development, we will cultivate relationships with donors, corporate partners, and grantmakers to expand funding opportunities, ensuring sustainable growth and program innovation. Our team will spearhead grant writing, donor stewardship, and fundraising campaigns to support TCCI’s critical work in child development, family services, and community empowerment.

Through communications, we will share the powerful stories of transformation happening every day at TCCI. Our strategy will include digital and social media outreach, public relations, branding, and community engagement to elevate awareness and strengthen our impact. By leveraging multimedia storytelling and strategic advocacy, we aim to inspire support and deepen connections with stakeholders.
