How are you involved with TCCI?
Erick currently has two kids enrolled at the King/San Pedro child center. He is an active parent who participates in the site’s events and always has a positive attitude.
How long have you been a TCCI client?
Erick’s kids have been enrolled at the King/San Pedro Child Care Center for about three years.
In what ways has TCCI changed your life?
Erick says that so many TCCI families, including his, are thankful for the variety of fruits and vegetables they receive through CalFresh Healthy Living’s (CFHL) weekly produce distributions. They recently received tomatoes, potatoes, and peppers. His family incorporates the fresh produce into their homemade meals. He says they look forward to the variety of produce offered at each distribution.
What else makes them so spectacular?
Erick is dedicated to his kids’ education and appreciates how TCCI’s child care centers provide opportunities for his children to interact and engage with other kids. His goal is for his kids to develop into independent adults and is very happy with the corresponding support he’s received from TCCI.
